This is just the frame we needed to ensure people are getting the same types of feedback across managers. The takeaway section is a great way to ensure the conversation continues beyond the initial note.

The company I work for recently changed from an annual review to career growth and development. The One to Ones Planner and Unstuck Box work beautifully with this structure! Using both tools, my one to ones with my direct reports have opened up dialogues, gotten the ideas flowing and have helped us to have deeper conversations.
Great tool so far. It is the right level of depth and the right queues for a good 1:1 while not wasting space on superfluous activities. It is especially helpful for capturing "oh I need to talk to her about this" in between meetings.
Book feels like good quality and easy to carry around.
I bought one for each of my team members to use for their 1:1s too.
I adapted mine so one book supports multiple direct reports by color coding the corner of the page to each person. Would like them to be a little thicker / more pages.
I purchased the Unstuck notebook for 1:1 and the 1:1 deck and after my first use can see how this is going to be a game changer. I used the notebook to track the 1:1 and now have a way to follow up easily and know what I need to do. The questions I asked from the deck were well received and sparked great conversation. My colleague is going to order these as well!
The planner came into action straight away combined with the questions and prompts taken from the 1:1 box. The layout was clear and helped guide through each meeting. A hidden gem in the planner is the front section before the 1:1 sections begin. It has a great guide on how to develop productive 1:1s and structure meetings. For quick reflection and reminders before you start your next 1:1, it’s great to make sure you’ve got a good plan that can react in the moment. The rating section on the pages although a simple concept, feels to me like they are going to be able to really help gauge opinions and feelings over time of the team, and whether it’s reaction to workload or more personal matters. It’s only been a short time of using so far, but when aharing my experience with other line managers of its structure and ideas, they have all commented on how useful they too would find it. Id recommend it for those how need a helping hand or a boost in confidence to get better results from 1:1s and employee development.
A really helpful tool for me to see my team’s progress, focus actively on their objectives and career plans and keep all of their 1:1s organised and structured.

Just started using these during one on one's. These have changed the conversations into much more insightful discussions.
I have been holding 1:1s for four years with department managers. The questions in these packs have helped me bump the needle and give variety to our meetings. We just started to explore avenues that we've not been to yet.

I now have to decks of Unstock Box cards. I really like to use the cards to seed conversations with my team leads and hourly workforce. When I first started using the cards I had hoped for a magic bullet that would get me to solutions faster but I have learned these cards are about conversations were the participants have take the time to think and interact something that has become less and less common with email and AI becoming more and more common in the workplace. A simple concecpt on a card you have to follow through with. Thanks Unstock Box!

High quality book. Reasonable instructions inside. Might need a system to organize each employee to easily refer back to notes from them rather than just timeline ordering of meetings.
