Shipping policy
Unstuck Box Fulfillment
We begin fulfillment of all Unstuck Box orders within 1 hour of ordering, subject to stock availability. Your order is shipped from one of our warehouses depending on product availability, as we optimize for product availability for customers.
Orders that arrive before noon EST should get fulfilled and labeled by 6 pm local time the same working day, ready for same-day carrier collection.
All orders are sent with tracking numbers which we will share via email as soon as the order is labeled.
Domestic US Shipping
Delivery is subject to carrier delays but is dispatched via standard domestic services in the US.
We expect, but cannot guarantee, that standard domestic orders arrive within 4-7 business days.
Shipping charges vary based on order value, with free shipping available for qualifying orders.
International Shipping
International orders are fulfilled same or next day and take 4-10 business days to deliver on average. Shipping charges vary based on order value, with free shipping available for qualifying orders.
Import Taxes and Duties
Please note that import taxes may be due for international orders. The buyer is responsible for all duties to be paid.
Lost Packages and Delays
- A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 20 business days for international orders.
- We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.
- Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
- We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
