I love how the planner organizes my 1:1s Prior to this my notes from these meetings were scrawled down with various symbols and scribbles to draw my attention to those items that needed my follow-up, were action items for the individual team member, and thoughts that were sparked in my mind during the meeting but don't pertain to it. This planner has a place for all of those so they are easy to find and act upon. It also has sections that can be used to prepare for a 1:1. You know, like those thoughts that occur two days after your last 1:1 that know you will forget by the next one, and prompt questions to help draw out those a bit on the shy side. The organization that it provides allows me to focus on the meeting itself.
Really impressed with the quality of the product. We will be using it as a resource in our mentoring program at work and I hope that newly appointed managers will each receive one.

So far, very helpful! I like the categories and the ability to move action items to the correct list right away. I like the notes section and the categories. I haven't used it long, but I like that it's keeping me grounded in my one/ones.

I absolutely love this set and have been sharing it with our leadership team. We recently went through a reorganization and change in supervisory levels. The one on one cards and team building cards have already made the purchase worthwhile. I wish I had found this sooner. I really could have used the set for difficult conversations a few months back. So far, the cards have unique perspectives and not just the same worn out methods or activities. I am really looking forward to utilizing this set.
