exploring new ways to have conversations

I really like this deck. I always thought I was good at one to one conversations, but this deck has so many new and different ways to approach conversations with my manager and direct reports.

Diving Deeper with "Unstuck" conversation startes

These cards have made a valuable impact with my team dynamics. We gifted these cards to all of our front-line people leaders so that they can have meaningful conversations with their team members.

DEI…has to go

I was shown a previous version of this product from a coworker and thought I would give it a try. Once received, the first section was DEI, this has no bearing in my hunt for a good employee.

Excellent tools

In a busy work life, it can be difficult to dedicate significant time to continuous learning. The Unstuck boxes provide succinct, valuable and applicable learning nuggets that can be used with any team!

Perfect Persuasion

This is a toolbox for anyone who is looking to create more and build more authentic connections. Could also be used for giving impactful ted style talks.

Engaging and NOT cheesy

I have been doing one-on-one's for sales and team building events for 20 years and I love how these have sparked new and engaging conversations that are productive. I purchased the one on one cards and the problem solving cards and they are perfect. The problem solvers are short providing a fresh perspective at a difficult problem. I call the problem solver cards a "breath mint for the brain"! When we are stuck in the weeds with a particular issue we pick a random card and consider the new perspective. All very fun and engaging for everyone. Good job!

Motivation

If your going to start with this series of getting unstuck I would recommend motivation first.

Awesome Asset for Your Interview Team!

If you're on the fence about getting these, take this as your sign to get them, and start getting more out of your interviews!

Our HR Team recently added our managers to our interview and hiring process, and this was a HUGE help in getting their input on what they wanted to ask potential team members during their interviews. Not everyone has a mind for forming interview questions (even for those that have done this for a while can get stuck in a rut, too!) and this was an awesome way to get some fresh perspective and ideas for our interviews and get our team involved in the process. The cards made it fun to go through and lots of office passer-byes thought we were playing a game - which didn't feel too off!

Inspiring

I received them tonight and immediately read through them all, sorting ones I thought would be applicable to my work in education, and to my surprise I only found 4 that weren’t applicable! I look forward to incorporating this in staff trainings and meetings.

Have not received item

I have not received my item yet despite it saying that it was delivered. I reached out for help and was told to wait three more days and ask the neighbors if they received the item. I need the item to work through some work situations. Very disappointed due to the cost. Will be reaching out yet again to get this rectified.

Above & Beyond Expectations

Great job on every detail. The box, the cards, the art work, the choice of concepts, the categories and the index sheet that outlines each card. Very well done.
