I think it works well by placing the right prompts and leads you to asking the right questions for your clients and your team. My only other thought would be maybe a few less Note Pages and a few more of the 1:1 pages.
I really enjoy using the Unstuck Box 1-to-One Planner! It has been a useful tool for making my conversations with my team more intentional and meaningful. It helps me stay focused, ask thoughtful questions, and make the most of our time together. I appreciate having a simple way to support better conversations and stay connected with my team.

I was using loose leaf pages to write my notes from the 1:1s. Since getting this planner, I am able to keep organized and stay on track. I enjoy the amount of space this notebook provides to write my notes, keep track of questions, and identify action items.
Easy to understand and put into practice. I did order the High Impact 1:1 Playbook which is a really good addition
I love how the planner organizes my 1:1s Prior to this my notes from these meetings were scrawled down with various symbols and scribbles to draw my attention to those items that needed my follow-up, were action items for the individual team member, and thoughts that were sparked in my mind during the meeting but don't pertain to it. This planner has a place for all of those so they are easy to find and act upon. It also has sections that can be used to prepare for a 1:1. You know, like those thoughts that occur two days after your last 1:1 that know you will forget by the next one, and prompt questions to help draw out those a bit on the shy side. The organization that it provides allows me to focus on the meeting itself.
Really impressed with the quality of the product. We will be using it as a resource in our mentoring program at work and I hope that newly appointed managers will each receive one.
A really strong baseline of knowledge from which people can build their managerial capabilities and we can improve our feedback culture.
So far, very helpful! I like the categories and the ability to move action items to the correct list right away. I like the notes section and the categories. I haven't used it long, but I like that it's keeping me grounded in my one/ones.
