I wish I would have found Unstuck years ago! I had my first team meeting using Unstuck cards and it was a huge success! Feedback was that they wish I’d had that meeting a month ago!

I’ve implemented the Unstuck Box in my one on ones and my new employee 90 day evaluations so far. I’ve been so pleased with the conversations they initiate, creating a comfortable space to talk about hard things that may not otherwise have been discussed. The questions are light and conversational and take the weight off our meetings. I was looking for something that would help create a more engaged space with my team, and I’m thrilled to say this is exactly what I was looking for!

As someone seasoned in one-on-ones and supervision, I didn’t expect a box of prompt cards to shake things up, but The Unstuck Box did just that. It’s been brilliant for opening up meaningful conversations, especially with people new to these spaces who aren’t quite sure what to say (or where to look).

The prompts are thoughtful, surprising, and disarming in the best way.

There are a lot of cards, arranged in to groups that trigger conversations. I have found them useful as neither my colleague or I are big on small talk and it's given us a starting point.
