I’m in the process of changing jobs and will soon be leading a new team. I’ve purchased the cards from The Unstuck Box to refresh and reset my leadership approach. It’s very easy to get yourself set into fixed ways and forget about past learnings.

I have implemented these different boxes into team meetings, one-on-ones, and interviews and it has increased engagement within all aspects of where they have been implemented. Used the team building box more often than the rest and implementing it interdepartmentally and it has been a lot of fun.
